SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing the Quiet Ink monthly subscription. Please review our shipping and returns policy for all mailed subscriptions.

Processing Time: Physical subscriptions are processed and shipped around the 20th of each month. If a new subscription is received less than 2 days before the 20th, the first shipment may be delayed until the following cycle.
Shipping Method: Items are shipped via standard mail unless otherwise specified. Shipping times may vary depending on the recipient’s location.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is included in the subscription price for standard delivery. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping if available.
Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes between 5-10 business days after processing. However, international deliveries or unforeseen postal delays may extend this time frame.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your subscription has not arrived within 14 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at quiet-ink@outlook.com. We will work with the postal service to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement for missing items.
Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Quiet Ink is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. In the event of an error, contact us as soon as possible to update your information.

Returns Policy: As each subscription is customized, we are unable to accept returns on shipped items.
Refunds: Refunds are generally not offered once an item has shipped. Exceptions may be made in cases of damaged or defective products. Please contact us with a description and photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving the item.
Replacement Policy: In the event of a damaged or defective product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Contact us at quiet-ink@outlookl.com to arrange for a replacement.

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not receive further shipments beyond that cycle.
